Trail clean up along the trail will be going thru out Oct. and Nov. During that time there will be equipment in varying places removing trees and brush that is encroaching the trail. Please use CAUTION during as there may be debris on the trail. Please feel free to pick up any of the debris and toss to the side of the trail. This is something that is needed for your safety and for emergency vehicles to use the trail if needed. We appreciate your patience during this time.
The trail will look messy during this time but come next spring and summer the trees will fill out and give us a nice canopy to enjoy.

Fowler's New Trailhead
Nov. 23, 2016
Fowler has been working on a new trailhead this summer. The trailhead will have restrooms and a historical room
inside. Outside will be a picnic area with bike racks and picnic tables and benches. Ribbon cutting ceremony/opening
will be next spring (2017). The building itself is a replica of the original train depot, which is depicted in the mural
painted by Dan Arens on the side of Becker's Furniture Store, just east of the trailhead. The original depot was notable
for it's unique "witch's hat" roof.
